According to Warren County District Attorney Ross McKeirnan and District Magistrate Arthur Zerbe's office, bail for Brennan Elijah-Font Collingwood, 16, was denied at the district magistrate level but approved at the Court of Common Pleas level. Collingwood was charged with criminal homicide in the shooting death of Travis Dean Barnett on Aug. 22 in the city of Warren.
