Lefler-McQuillan

Courtney Lauren Lefler of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and Michael Patrick McQuillan of Warren exchanged wedding vows at Saturday, May 30 2009, in Charlotte. The Rev. Donna Gulick officiated and music was provided by Camille Gotta.

The bride is the daughter of the late Michael Lefler and Mr. and Mrs. Greg Stringer all of Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The groom is the son of the late Lynette McQuillan and Mr. Martin McQuillan Sr. of Warren.

The bride was given in marriage by her brother, Michael Wheaton Lefler. The maid of honor was Debbie Gulick of Chapel Hill, N.C. Bridesmaids were Alice Richman of Chapel Hill, N.C., Lauren Scott of Rochester, N.Y., and Amber Lefler of Castle Hayne, N.C.

Best man was Troy Albaugh of Youngsville. Groomsmen were Jared Teska, James Tubbs and Lance Jackson, all from Youngsville. Ushers were Marty McQuillan Jr. and John McQuillan from Warren and Wheaton Lefler of Chapel Hill, N.C.

The bride graduated from Chapel Hill High School, earning a bachelor of science degree in psychology and a master's degree in special education. She is a special education teacher in the Charlotte School System.

The groom graduated from Youngsville High School and earned a bachelor of arts degree in computer information systems from Mercyhurst College. He is a technical delivery manager for Bank of America. The couple lives in Charlotte, N.C.
