A Union City man was sentenced to state prison for his third driving under the influence charge on Friday before Judge Maureen Skerda.
Tobias Paul Zaczyk, Union City, was sentenced to six months to two years with credit for 99 days served in state prison for DUI.
Zaczyk is also facing DUI charges in Crawford and Erie County for a total of five DUI arrests.
In addition to his prison sentence, Zaczyk was ordered to pay court costs and fees, undergo a one-year driver's license suspension, undergo drug and alcohol treatment and attend alcohol highway safety school.
He was sentenced to four months to one year, consecutive, pay a $500 fine and one additional year of license suspension for fleeing a police officer. He was sentenced to four months to one year, consecutive, and a one year suspension for a habitual offender charge, along with a $250 fine. He was fined $200 for driving without a license and $500 for trespass by motor vehicle. He was fined $200 and given an additional six month's driver's license suspension for reckless driving.

Brandon Joseph Albaugh, 413 Taft Pl., was sentenced to pay the cost of prosecution, one year of probation, pay a $300 fine, 30 hours of community service and complete a drug and alcohol evaluation for selling or furnishing liquor to a minor.
Travis M. Barnett, 113 Oak St., was sentenced to pay cost of prosecution, a $200 administrative fee, a $300 fine, $393 in restitution and spend 90 years to two years less one day in the Warren County Jail for failure to complete the ARD program, 30 hours of community service and work release eligibility for receiving stolen property.
Geoffrey S. Blystone, Pittston, Pa., was sentenced to pay court costs, an administrative fee of $100, a fine of $300, two years probation, budget counseling and 70 hours of community service for issuing bad checks.
Ronald M. Chamberlain, 13 Church St., North Warren, was sentenced to 12 months to five years in state prison, pay costs and administrative fees, a $2,000 fine, attend the alcohol highway safety school and drug and alcohol rehabilitation and an 18-month driver's license suspension for DUI at the highest rate, a second offense.
Timothy W. Conklin, 119 Water St., was sentence to three days to two years less one day, eligible for immediate parole, for simple possession. He was ordered to pay court costs and administrative fees, a $250 fine, a one-year driver's license suspension, an Act 198 fee of $100, 80 hours of community service, drug and alcohol counseling and $102 in restitution. He was sentenced to 30 days probation and a six-month suspension and a $150 fine for a second charge of simple possession.
Richard J. Hanson, 229 Pa. Ave. W., Apt. 2, was ordered to four months to one year in the Warren County Jail with credit for time served for disorderly conduct. He was ordered to pay court costs and fees, a $250 fine, 30 hours of community service and attend anger management classes.
Ronda Kay Larson, 4 Averil St., was sentenced to the Warren County Jail for 90 days to five years with credit for time served for DUI, a second offense. She is work release eligible. She was ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation, attend the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel and complete 30 hours of community service.
Jacob David Lindstrom, 419 Water St., Apt. 2, was sentenced to pay a $500 fine and court costs and administrative fees, two years of probation and 60 hours of community service for criminal mischief. He was ordered to pay a $25 fine and a $30 surcharge for careless driving.
Renae Joann Marinelli, Erie, was sentenced to 5 days to six months in the Warren County Jail with credit for time service for DUI. She was ordered to pay costs and administrative fees, a 12-month driver's license suspension and 30 hours of community service.
Evan Lance Peterson, 182 Keenan St., Clarendon, was sentenced to 30 days to one year in the Warren County Jail for theft by receiving stolen property, ordered to pay $200 in restitution and pay a fine of $150. He is work release eligible.
Timothy Lyle Porter, 2090 Peterson Hollow, Russell, was sentenced to a total of six years of probation and 250 hours of community service for two charges of simple assault and four counts of of reckless endangerment. He was ordered to pay court costs and administrative fees and restitution in the amount of $3,785.32. He was ordered to have no contact with the victims.
Eric R. Sirianni, 857 Rt. 957, Russell, was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in the Warren County Jail for DUI, highest rate. He was ordered to pay court costs and administrative fees, one year driver's license suspension, 30 hours of community service, attend the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel and drug and alcohol counseling.
David Ryan Smithers, Dalhart, Tx., was sentenced to the Warren County Jail for 55 days to two years less one day with credit for time served for simple assault, eligible for immediate parole. He was ordered to attend and complete drug and alcohol and mental health counseling, pay $3,654.64 in restitution and have no contact with the victim. He was ordered to pay costs and fees and a $400, given one year probation and ordered to 50 hours of community service for providing false identification. On a charge of theft of services, he was given two years of probation, ordered to pay $103.60 in restitution and given an additional 50 hours of community service.
Jeremy J. Steves, 302 Jackson Ave., was sentenced to 10 months to two years less one day with credit for 15 days time served for recklessly endangering a child, ordered to pay costs and fees, a $500 fine, anger management and drug and alcohol counseling. He was given two years of consecutive probation, 50 hours community service and undergo a healthy relationships evaluation for simple assault. He was given two years of concurrent probation for making terroristic threats.
Jennifer S. Werth, 415 W. Fifth Ave., was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in the Warren County Jail for DUI, highest rate, ordered to pay court costs and fees, a $1,000 fine and $5,988.72 in restitution, attend the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel and 15 hours of community service. For reckless endangerment, she was ordered to one year probation and 50 hours of community service.
