Warren County Senior Judge Paul Millin accepted pleas from the following defendants Monday during plea court proceedings:
Steven J. Cable, 14 1/2 Park Ave., guilt to DUI: highest rate of alcohol - 2nd. Additional counts of DUI: general impairment, tire equipment and traction surfaces, and turning movements and required signals, were not prosecuted.
Tiffani N. Christenson, 15 W. Third Ave., guilty to criminal conspiracy - contraband. Additional counts of criminal use of a communications facility, criminal conspiracy - contraband, and contraband were not prosecuted.
Samantha M. Eck, Corry, guilty to simple assault. Additional charges of harassment and purchase, consumption, possession, transportation of liquor were not prosecuted.
Sally Ann Engstrom, 13 Mead St., guilty to harassment, DUI: general impairment; refusal - 2nd, and driving while under suspension. Additional charges of resisting arrest or other law enforcement, DUI: general impairment - 2nd, stop signs and yield signs, careless driving, investigation by police officer, and required financial responsibility were not prosecuted.
Thomas Edward Fox, 355 N. Main St., Box 251, Pittsfield, guilty to simple assault. Additional charges of terroristic threats and harassment were not prosecuted.
Steven A. Germonto, 1510 S. Main St., Youngsville, guilty to flight to avoid apprehension, trial or punishment, and retail theft. An additional charge of resisting arrest or other law enforcement was not prosecuted.
William J. Moore, 18 Carriage Dr., Youngsville, guilty to DUI: highest rate of alcohol - 2nd, and turning movements and required signals. Additional charges of DUI: general impairment - 2nd, careless driving, and restraint systems were not prosecuted.
Todd D. Muroski, Erie, guilty to bad checks. An additional charge of theft of leased property was not prosecuted.
William Paul Skrutsky, Erie, guilty to driving while under suspension - with DUI, driving on roadways laned for traffic, careless driving, restriction on alcoholic beverages, and restraint systems. An additional charge of DUI: highest rate of alcohol - 1st, was not prosecuted.
Glenn Alan Stephenson, 206 Townline Rd., Russell, guilty to DUI: general impairment - refusal - 2nd, and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked. Additional charges of driver required to be licensed, driving on right side of roadway, required position and method of turning, careless driving, false reports, DUI: general impairment - 2nd, and DUI: general impairment with accident - 2nd were not prosecuted.
Chauncey Earl Traister, 6925 Cherry Grove Rd., Clarendon, guilty to DUI: highest rate of alcohol - 1st. Additional charges of DUI: general impairment - 1st, driving on roadways laned for traffic, and careless driving were not prosecuted.
Nathan R. Dennis Trisket, 14 Duke Dr., guilty to DUI: highest rate of alcohol - 1st, and careless driving. An additional charge of DUI: general impairment - 1st was not prosecuted.
Cory Allen Trojanowski, 3719 Cobham Park Rd., guilty to DUI: highest rate of alcohol - 1st, and driving on roadways laned for traffic. Additional charges of DUI: general impairment with accident - 1st, two counts of notice of change of name or address, driving on right side of roadway, driving vehicle at safe speed, two counts of careless driving, accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property, and two counts of driving vehicle at safe speed, were not prosecuted.
Joseph E. Werth, 415 W. Fifth Ave., guilty to DUI: highest rate of alcohol - 1st, and recklessly endangering another person. Additional charges of DUI: general impairment - 1st, DUI: general impairment with accident - 1st, two counts of recklessly endangering another person, and reckless driving were not prosecuted.
Shannon M. Wolfe, 123 Front St., guilty to two counts of indecent assault. Additional charges of aggravated indecent assault, and two counts of corruption of minors were not prosecuted.
