Youngsville Borough Council will not meet this week as was listed in "It's Up To You" in Monday's Times Observer. The meeting was changed to 4 p.m. Monday, Aug. 17, at the borough building. The council's following meeting will be Sept. 14 at the regular winter hour, 7 p.m.
