Four defendants held four court

Four defendants were held for court - two entered guilty pleas and charges against another were withdrawn - during Warren County Central Court on Wednesday.

District Justice Laura Bauer presided as the following were held for court:

Matthew R. Bryant, 409 Laurel St., for charges of simple assault, criminal mischief and harassment.

Crystal Rose Borst, 815 W. Fifth Ave., for charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and criminal use of communications facility.

Borst was also held for a charge of intimidation of witnesses or victims in a separate case.

Douglas S. Petruccello, Jamestown, N.Y., for charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy/possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Ronald W. Feldbauer Jr., 168 Church St., Pittsfield, for charges of unsworn falsification to authorities, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence and criminal conspiracy/delivery of a controlled substance.

The following entered guilty pleas:

Heather Michelle Pierce, 4626 Route 6, Sheffield, for a charge of harassment. She was ordered to pay $300 in fines.

Jacqueline Nicole Zaner, 821 Benjamin Lane, Warren, for a charge of harassment. She was ordered to pay $300 in fines.

Charges against Mandy Jane Hanlon, 410 Division St., Youngsville, were withdrawn. She was charged with simple assault, criminal conspiracy/simple assault and two charges of disorderly conduct.
