Amy Wachter Chimenti, 33, of 117 Beaty Street, Warren, Pa. died Friday afternoon, July 31, 2009 at her residence.
She was born February 16, 1976 in Warren, to Michael and Sandy Sampson Wachter of Warren.
Amy was employed with the Rouse Warren County Home as a Certified Nurses Aide for many years and was currently working with the Lakeshore Community Services, helping special needs persons live in their own home.
She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. She is remembered by her family as being a loving mother, well liked by coworkers and patients she took care of. She was a very hard worker and determined person.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by one daughter, Caitlyn Wachter and one son, Cole Chimenti, both at home; one brother, Christopher Wachter and his wife Umarin of Los Angeles, Calif.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, George and Betty Hertzog Wachter; maternal grandparents, Raynold and Bertha Plubell Sampson.
Friends will be received at St. Paul Lutheran Church on Saturday from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m., when a memorial service will be conducted by Rev. Beth Costlow, pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery.
