Accident. Conewango Township police reported that on August 3 at 7:34 a.m., Lindsey Markey, Warren, was traveling south on Yankee Bush Road. According to police, Markey stated she swerved to avoid hitting a bunny. Markey's vehicle went completely off the west side of the roadway, struck a culvert, brushed a utility pole and then crossed Yankee Bush Road and struck an embankment on the east side of the roadway, police said. Upon impact with the embankment, the vehicle then rolled over onto its roof, police said. From that point, the vehicle left the roadway traveling south and the vehicle traveled 460 feet until impact with the embankment where it rolled over, police said. According to police, Markey was transported to Warren General Hospital by a Youngsville Ambulance. The Starbrick Fire Department was on scene to handle leaking gasoline from the vehicle, police said. The roadway was blocked by the Warren-based state police barracks while police investigated the accident and the roadway could be cleared for vehicle travel, police said.
Pleasant Twp.
Disorderly Conduct. Warren-based state police reported they filed a non-traffic citation in district court after Brianna Leigh, 20, of Spartansburg, caused a disturbance at Blair Manufacturing South on Aug. 3 at 5:20 p.m.
Youngsville
Probation violation. Officers of the Warren County Adult Probation Department reported they, with assistance from the Warren County Sheriff's Department, arrested Ronald Seybert, 41, of Youngsville, on charges of violation of Probation on Aug. 1. Seybert, who was originally placed on Probation on a charge of DUI (M1) was arrested on a Supervisor's Warrant and committed to the Warren County Jail pending further court action.
Warren
Harassment. According to Warren city police, they filed a non-traffic citation charging Bartholomeus W. Miskimom, 53, of 10 Hinkle St. after an officer was dispatched to the residence on July 31 at 3:16 p.m. for a domestic dispute.
