Ruth and Donald Rice will celebrate their 60th annivesary on July 23. Their family gathered in Colorado Springs, Colo., in June and in Warren this month to celebrate. The Rices have three children, Dawn, Kim and Beth, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. They were married in Kentucky in 1949.
