Warren

Charged. Warren City police on Monday charged Christopher Cross, 26, 113 Conewango Ave., with simple assault and disorderly conduct. According to police, Cross allegedly entered the residence of Jason and Michelle Fiscus, 115 Conewango Ave., at 11:37 p.m. Sunday, pulled a knife from his pocket and pointed it toward them.

Charged. Todd Shafer, 23, Cortland, Ohio, was taken into custody and charged at 2:17 a.m. Sunday after Warren City police officers were dispatched to the side parking lot at 904 Pennsylvania Ave. W. for two males fighting. According to police, Shafer was involved in an altercation with Herbert Proctor, 29, of 102 1/2 Pennsylvania Ave. W. Police said a loaded Rugar revolver was concealed in Shafer's vehicle. Shafer was charged with firearms not be carried without a license and disorderly conduct. Police said Proctor was charged with disorderly conduct.

Charged. Warren City police took Christopher Chimenti, 34, 117 Beaty St., into custody and charged him on July 10 with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. Police said Chimenti's wife filed a complaint that at approximately 11 p.m. July 6 he came home intoxicated and punched her on the left side of her face with a closed fist during a domestic disturbance.

Cited. Warren City police cited Jeffrey Crutchfield, 51, 111 Buchanan St. for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct at 9:27 p.m. July 9 after an officer observed him urinating in a public place on Pennsylvania Ave. E. behind a parked vehicle.

Underage drinking. Warren City police were dispatched to 311 Pennsylvania Ave., Apt. 2, at 12:54 a.m. July 11 for a reported underage drinking party. Cited were Matthew Matha, 18, 311 Pennsylvania Ave. E., Apt. 4; Joseph Madigan, 18, 209 Canton St.; and two juvenile females.

Charged. Warren City police charged Jeramie Cash, 22, 109 Lookout St., with simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness at 1:26 a.m. July 11 after he engaged in a domestic violence dispute with his girlfriend at the intersection of Buchanan St. and Jackson Ave. Police said Cash hit her several times with a closed fist, causing injury.

Cited. Warren City police cited Lindsay Head, 22, 337 Hickory St., for disorderly conduct after an officer observed her urinating in a parking lot behind a Pennsylvania Ave. E. tavern on 10 p.m. July 10.

Charged. Warren City police took James Porter Jr., 48, 900 Pennsylvania Ave. E., into custody at 11:30 p.m. July 3 and charged him with DUI general impairment, DUI highest rate of alcohol, unlawful activities and drivers required to be licensed following a traffic stop at the intersection of Pennsylvania Ave. E. and Parker St. Police said Porter was driving while neon blue lights were lit under his vehicle.

Charged. Warren City police said a criminal complaint was filed on July 6 charging Justin Smith, 20, 114 Lexington Ave., with corruption of minors. According to police, Smith continually encouraged a 17-year-old female in repeated acts of corruption by leading her on regarding their relationship.

Charged. Warren City police took Patrick Call, 49, Tonawanda, N.Y., into custody at 3:14 a.m. July 7 after he attempted to gain entry into a known female's residence at 601 Pennsylvania Ave. E., then used bolt cutters to cut 'The Club' from the steering wheel of the victim's vehicle and drove her vehicle west on Pennsylvania Avenue. Police said Call was charged with criminal attempt criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, possessing instruments of crime, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, DUI general impairment, DUI refusal and driving under suspension.

Retail theft. Warren City police cited Joseph Madigan, 18, 209 Canton St. with retail theft at 3:13 p.m. July 8 after he took a t-shift from a clothes rack outside the Dollar General store without paying for it.

Harassment. Warren City police charged Vincent Radtke, 48, Eldred, Pa., with harassment at 6:40 p.m. July 7 at 419 Laurel St. after he allegedly grabbed a known male by the neck and pushed him, causing redness.

Charged. Warren City police charged Sally Engstrom, 33, 13 Mead St., with unauthorized use of automobile after she took her husband's vehicle on June 30 without his consent.

Underage drinking. Warren City police charged Matthew Kostkas, 18, 101 N. Irvine St., with underage drinking after an officer came in contact with him at his residence at 4:34 a.m. June 25.

Public drunkenness. Warren City police charged Paul Luppino, 42, Weatherford, Texas, with public drunkenness at 2:36 a.m. July 4 after officers found him laying in the middle of Elm St. Police said he was transported to Warren General Hospital for treatment of a large cut over his left eye.

Charged. Warren City police charged Yvonne Conklin, 54, 4630 Mickle Hill Rd., Pittsfield, with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness at 2:23 a.m. July 7 after she attempted to gain entry into another person's vehicle at the intersection of Buchanan and Division streets.

Public drunkenness. Warren City police charged David Champlin, 35, 14 W. Third Ave., Apt. 2, with public drunkenness at 7:37 p.m. July 4 after officers observed him lying on the curb in front of 413 Pennsylvania Ave. E.

Arrested. Officers from the Warren County Adult Probation Department, with assistance from the Warren County Sheriff's Department, arrested Christopher Cross, 26, Warren, on Monday on charges of violation of probation. Cross, who was originally placed on probation on a charge of theft by unlawful taking, was committed to the Warren County Jail pending further court action.

Mead Twp.

Criminal mischief. Amy Stearns, 32, Garland, reported to Warren-based state police that while her vehicle was parked at a residence on Hartwell Road between 5 and 7 p.m. Sunday the right rear tire was slashed. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Crimestoppers.

Youngsville

Criminal mischief. Personnel at the American Legion Post reported to Warren-based state police that between 1:30 and 5 a.m. Saturday someone broke the plastic cover off the telephone box, cut or ripped the wires inside the box and cut the cable TV/telephone cable on the electric pole.

McKean County

Institutional vandalism. Personnel at East Forest High School in Marienville reported to Tionesta-based state police that between July 26 and July 9 someone ripped shingles off the roof of the picnic pavillion and threw them on the ground. Damage was estimated at $3,500. Police said an investigation is continuing. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.
