John Berlin was 4-for-4 with a triple, and Dave Bancroft 3-for-4, as American Legion evened its record at 4-4 with a 16-8 Over 30 Modified Softball League win over Hoden Electric Tuesday at Betts Park.

Freddie's wasted little time in taking care of business against Waste Treatment. Travis Smith and Bob Boyer homered and Freddie's scored the first 14 runs of the contest in an 18-2 victory. Smith and Boyer also doubled for the winners as did Bill Rook and Art Bailey.

Nic Bryan was 3-for-4 with a double as Blue Ribbon Rentals held Bullpen scoreless over the final four innings en route to a hard fought 6-4 victory. Bob Slocum, Kevin Swanson and Tony Donato also doubled for the winners while Scott Blum was 3-for-3 in defeat.

Brad Johnson tripled and homered as Mangione's Beverage pulled out a 6-3 victory over Frewsburg Small Business. Josh Egger also homered in the victory for Mangione's.

Warren Tire Center scored five runs in the first inning and got perfect nights at the plate from Ralph Clark and Casey Smith in a 14-2 victory over V&J's Pizza. Todd Honhart tripled for the winners.
