Two face drug charges after Pine Grove arrest
Two men from the state of New York were arrested on drug charges Sunday evening in Pine Grove Township.
The Warren County District Attorney's Drug Task Force has charged Joshua Jamall Mitchell, 22, 159 Oxford St., Buffalo, N.Y., with criminal conspiracy, criminal use of communications facility and possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, specifically cocaine.
Charges were also filed against Douglas S. Petruccello, of 620 Fairmont Ave., Jamestown, N.Y. He is charged with criminal conspiracy and possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, which was cocaine.
According to information provided by the district attorney's office, the pair were arrested at approximately 9:45 p.m. Sunday, on Route 62, north of Old Route 62, in Pine Grove Township following an investigation by members of the Drug Task Force.
Mitchell and Petruccello were arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Cynthia K. Lindemuth and were remanded to the Warren County Jail in lieu of bail.
The Drug Task Force was assisted by the Conewango Township Police Department in the arrest.
