Harassment. Warren-based state police reported that at 9:50 a.m. June 15 at 3649 Scandia Rd., Jerry Christensen, 42, of Russell and Carrie Christensen, 27, of Russell became involved in a domestic dispute in which Jerry Christensen slapped and punched her in the face. Police said Jerry Christensen is being cited for harassment.

Disorderly conduct. Tionesta-based state police are investigating an incident that occurred at 2:53 p.m. Wednesday at a residence along Fox Run Rd. According to police, a known male suspect repeatedly used obscene language and gestures in a public area in front of several children. Police said one of the victims was a 31-year-old female of Sheffield. Police said charges are pending.
