Warren

Parole violation. Michael Paul Bush, 29, of Ludlow, Pa., was arrested Friday by officers of the Warren County Adult Probation Department for violating parole on an original charge of simple assault. Bush was arrested on a supervisor's warrant and was committed to the Warren County Jail pending further court action.

Limestone Twp.

Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police reported that sometime between last Friday and Tuesday, someone fired numerous green and orange paintballs at a Red House Hill Rd. camp owned by Brian Gibson, 45, of Sewickley, Pa. Police said the paint balls broke five of the camp's windows.

Pittsfield Twp.

Harassment. According to Warren-based state police, at 2 p.m. Thursday, Scott Lee Perrin, 32, and Amanda Marie Edwards, 23, both of 200 Dey Lane, Garland, were involved in a verbal argument that turned into a physical altercation at their residence. Police reported that both Perrin and Edwards were physically aggressive toward each other and both were charged with harassment. According to police, Perrin was found to be driving under suspension and was charged. Police said Perrin was also on probation and he was turned over to Warren County Adult Probation and was placed in the Warren County Jail for violating his parole.

Crash. Warren-based state police responded to an accident that occurred at 11:40 a.m. Thursday on Rt. 27, just west of Old Pittsfield Rd. According to police, Nichole L. Lemke, 26, of Albion, Pa., was pulling out of a Kwik Fill parking lot and onto Rt. 27, when she failed to yield to oncoming traffic and was struck by a tractor-trailer traveling west, driven by Ernest D. Ross, 35, of Titusville, Pa. Police said the collision caused Lemke's vehicle to spin and Ross' tractor-trailer continued west and struck a ditch on the south side of the road. No injuries were reported.
