Two individuals on the list of Warren's Most Wanted have been arrested in Ohio.
Randall Zaner, 42, and Jennifer Babic, 25, both of 109 Franklin St. in Warren were captured Tuesday by Lake County Sheriff's Department in Painesville Township in Lake County, Ohio.
Zaner and Babic were charged with criminal conspiracy to drug delivery resulting in death. A warrant for their arrest was issued Monday.
According to information obtained by The News-Herald in Willoughby, Ohio, deputies spotted Zaner and Babic walking along Cambridge Avenue at about 4:15 p.m. The two separated and walked in different directions, said Capt. Lonnie Sparkman. Babic was arrested almost immediately. Zaner was located soon thereafter behind the building that used to house Topp's grocery store.
Zaner and Babic waived their extradition hearings Wednesday in Painesville Municipal Court, and are also accused of lying to authorities and tampering with evidence, reported The News-Herald.
The City of Warren Police Department declined to comment or release any further information.
