EDWARD PETERSON
Edward K. Peterson, of Chelan, Wash. passed away in the hospital on June 7. Mr. Peterson was born in Warren Jan. 10, 1927. He graduated from Warren High School in 1944.
He served in the Army during the Korean War and graduated from Carnegie Mellon University. Spending many years in California he was involved in the Space Program as an Aerospace engineer.
He is survived by his three sons, Dean and Steve, both of Chelan, Wash. and Ricky, of Arizona; a daughter, Karen, of Columbia, Missouri; two grandsons, Matt and Kevin Westin, of Columbia, Mo. A sister, Corynne Schumann, of N. Myrtle Beach, S.C. and several nieces and nephews also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Autumn and Leroy Peterson and a sister, Janice Simmons.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in California.
