Defendant ordered held for court

One defendant was held for court and a bench warrant was issue for another during Warren County Central Court on Wednesday.

District Magistrate Laura Bauer issued a bench warrant for Glenn A. Stephenson, 206 Townline Rd., Russell, who is charged with DUI, drivers required to be licensed, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, driving on right side of roadway, required position and method of turning, careless driving and false reports.

George A. Nelson, 620 Henry St., was held for court. He is charged with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and open lewdness.
