DUI. According to Warren-based state police, Nicholas A. Tomassoni, 31, of Warren, was pulled over for a traffic violation at 3 a.m. Sunday on 2nd Ave. at Pennsylvania Ave. and was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He will answer to charges of DUI general impairment, DUI highest rate and summary violations, police said.

Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police reported that between 2:40 p.m. and 3:45 p.m. Friday, someone cracked the windshield of a vehicle belonging to Stephanie Lindberg, of Sheffield, while it was parked at Allegheny Valley Elementary School. Anyone with information is asked to contact police or PA Crime Stoppers.
Criminal mischief. According to Warren-based state police, between 7 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Wednesday,someone scratched the fender of a vehicle belonging to Rhinda Siffin, of Sheffield, while it was parked at Allegheny Valley Elementary School. Anyone with information is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.

Criminal mischief. Corry-based state police reported that between 2 p.m. on Friday and 10 a.m. Thursday, someone damaged a mailbox belonging to William Moyer, 41, of 5 Robinson Ln.
Conewango Twp.
Harassment/disorderly conduct. According to Conewango Township police, Scott Fischer, of 9 1/2 Church St., N. Warren, was charged with harassment and disorderly conduct at 6:07 p.m. Friday after he entered into a verbal altercation with a six-year-old boy in a public place at 13 Church St., N. Warren, during which he shouted obscenities and threatened the boy.

DUI. Corry-based state police reported that Daniel Reagle, of 575 Jackson Run Rd., Warren, was arrested for DUI at 1:40 a.m. Sunday after he failed to bring his vehicle to a stop at the intersection of Western Rd. and SR 958.
