Two defendants held for further court action

Two defendants were held for court, two others entered guilty pleas, and the charges against two more were withdrawn during Warren County Central Court proceedings Wednesday before District Justice Art Zerbe.

The following were bound over for further court action:

Cecil Leonard Barker Jr., Titusville, charged with two counts of DUI, use of multiple beam road lighting equipment, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, and fail to notify change of address.

David Norma Curry, 906 1/2 Fourth Ave., charged with two counts of DUI, stop signs and yield signs, and drivers required to be licensed.

The following entered pleas:

Joshua Lewis Graham, 1980 Cemetery Road, Sugar Grove, guilty to harassment.

Kimberly Ann LeMaster, 16 Cobham Hill Rd., Tidioute, guilty to possession of a controlled substance.

Charges against the following were withdrawn:

Stephanie Nichole Barr, 14 E. Third Ave., charged with bad checks and theft by deception.

Andrew Eugene Blair, 13625 Route 957, Sugar Grove, charged with theft by unlawful taking.
