Farmington Twp.

Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Miller Hill Road at 3:10 p.m. Saturday. According to police, Kristie Wallace, 37, Warren, drifted on the western edge of the road while attempting to negotiate a right-hand curve in her 1998 Subaru Legacy, the over-corrected, crossed the road and struck an embankment on the east side of the road. Police said the car became airborne for a short distance before rolling over and stopping.Wallace and a passenger, Jason Thomas, 18, Warren, were airlifted to Hamot Medical Center, Erie, where they were reported in stable condition, according to police, and a second passenger, Donald Smith, 18, Kane, was transported to Warren General Hospital for treatment of minor injuries and released. Police were assisted at the scene by volunteer firefighters from Lander, Sugar Grove, North Warren and Youngsville plus Emergycare, Life Star and Star Flight.

Illegal immigrants. Warren-based state police reported that Mario Ortiz Lopez, 28, and Simon Pablo Bautista, 28, both of Anderson, Ind., and Antonio Cruz Bautista, 25, and Pable Jose Bautista, both of Laredo, Texas, were turned over to the Erie Border Patrol office for extradition back to Mexico after a traffic stop at 11:15 a.m. Saturday on Rt. 957, approximately half mile west of Thompson Hill Road. Police said Lopez was traveling westbound and crossed the center line, almost striking an eastbound unmarked police car. It was discovered that all four men were illegal immigrants.

Mead Twp.

DUI crash. According to Warren-based state police, Cody A Flick, 23, of Edinboro was charged at 2:35 a.m. Saturday with DUI general impairment, DUI highest rate and numerous summary charges, after he was apparently driving his 2004 Isuzu Rodeo too fast for the dirt road on FR 160, east of Jakes Rock Rd. According to police, the passenger side tires went off the right side of the road and the back end then spun counter clockwise, causing the vehicle to roll over one and a quarter times before coming to rest on its passenger sided. Flick, along with a passenger, Mary Fitzgerald, 28, of Clarendon were transported via ambulance to Warren General Hospital with moderate injuries, while two other passengers, Gregory English, 33, and Ryann Hyde, 28, both of Warren, sustained minor injuries and were not transported to the hospital, police said.

Pittsfield Twp.

Theft. Warren-based state police reported that between5 p.m. May 15 and 8 a.m. May 19, someone removed a green Yamaha Rhino 450 4x4 utility ATV equipped with a stainless steel diamond plate roof and a Plexiglas windshield belonging to Joseph Gurdak, 62, of Spring Creek, while it parked behind his home on Miles Run Rd. The left side tail light cover was broken, there was a hole in the passenger side floorboard and it was not equipped with doors that other ATVs of the same make and model would be equipped with, police said. Anyone with information is asked to contact police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.
