Crash. According to Conewango Township police, officers responding to a two vehicle crash at 8:13 p.m. Saturday at 1070 Jackson Run Rd., in which two people sustained injuries and were transported to Warren General Hospital. Witnesses reported that both vehicles were traveling in opposite directions at the time of the accident, police said.

Theft. Conewango Township police reported that Paul Lee Montgomery, of 613 N. Main St., Russell, was arrested Tuesday and charged with one count of misdemeanor retail theft, after he admitted taking $240.84 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart, where he had worked for the past two months.

Sugar Grove Twp.

DUI/drugs. According to Warren-based state police, Benjamin Ryan Wilson, 27, of 36 Crestview Blvd., Warren, was stopped for a traffic violation at 2:17 a.m. Sunday on Samuelson Rd. at Yankee Bush and was determined to be driving under the influence of alcohol and also in possession of marijuana

Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police reported that between 8:30 and 9:38 p.m. Friday, an unknown individual caused damage to two vehicles owned by the same person on Valley Park Dr., Chandlers Valley. An investigation continues, and anyone with information is asked to contact police.
