Warren
Harassment. A citation was filed charging James R Sorensen, 28, 612-1/2 Conewango Ave, after Warren City Police officers were dispatched to his residence on May 5 at 12:14 a.m. for a domestic dispute.
Indecent exposure. A criminal complaint was filed Tuesday charging George A. Nelson, 58, 620 Henry St, after a Warren City Police officer was dispatched to Nelson's residence on May 4 at 6:11 p.m. on a report that Nelson was observed by a 14-year-old standing in front of his screen door at his residence completely naked with his genitalia exposed as the juvenile walked by his house walking dogs.
Drug possession. Warren-based state police report that a 15-year-old male juvenile at Warren Area High School was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and several pills on Tuesday. Charges are pending.
Conewango Twp.
Theft. Conewango Township Police received a complaint from Robvert Weiland, 9 Cook St., North Warren that unknown persons walking along the dike of Jackson Run at the rear of his property tore down two "no trespassing" signs posted on his property. They also removed two four-foot pieces of wrought iron fencing to which the signs were attached.
Columbus Twp.
Defrauding customers. The Warren County Sheriff's Office filed a criminal charge of Defrauding Secured Creditors with District Justice Lindemuth's office on Randy Eck, doing business as Auto Max on Tuesday. The Sheriff's Office had levied upon a color headlamp alignment machine for a sheriff's sale. Deputies said Eck sold the machine for $250 to another person with the intent of hindering enforcement of the judgement.
Bear Lake
Warrant arrest. Warren County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Douglas Morton, 48, of 7195 Route 958, Bear Lake, on April 29 on a bench warrant issued by the Warren County Court of Common Pleas for failure to appear for fines and cost court. He was placed in the Warren County Prison pending further court action.
Lottsville
Warrant arrest. Warren County Sheriff's Deputies on Monday arrested Joseph L. Conklin Jr., 48, of 2236 Huntley Road, Lottsville, on a bench warrant for failure to appear for fines and cost court and a supervisors warrant issued by Warren County Adult Probation. He was placed in Warren County Prison pending further court action.
