Warren
Theft. According to City of Warren police, a criminal complaint was filed Monday charging Chris A. Rudolph, 32, of Pulfer Hill, Pittsfield with theft by unlawful taking after he allegedly took two women's wedding rings and one man's ring on Thursday from 908 Pennsylvania Ave. E., Apt. 4.
Identity theft. City of Warren police reported that a criminal complaint was filed Monday charging Gary Lee McGregor Jr., 21, of 332 Prospect St., Apt. 3, after he used someone else's social security number to obtain a credit card through Bank of America and used the credit card to make transactions at places of business and on the internet without the victim's permission between September 24 and September 25 at 1107 Pennsylvania Ave. E.
DUI. According to City of Warren police, Jill L. Zimmerman, 27, of 310 N. Main St., Russell, was taken into custody at 12:20 a.m. April 26 and charged with DUI, DUI highest rate of alcohol and careless driving, after a traffic stop on Market St. at Seventh Ave. for erratic driving.
Clarendon
Theft. According to Warren-based state police, sometime between 4 p.m. April 17 and 4 p.m. April 24, someone entered the residence of Sheryl DeVaul, 57, Anchor St., Clarendon, and removed a Raven Arms .25 caliber semi-automatic pistol.
Conewango Twp.
Receiving stolen property. Warren-based state police reported that a 19-year-old male sold four rifles to Wild Wind Sporters, Warren, on Wednesday, which had been reported stolen by Harold Huffman Sr., 61, and Harold Huffman Jr., 42, both of Bear Lake. Police are continuing to investigate.
Glade Twp.
Criminal mischief. According to Warren-based state police, sometime between 6:45 p.m. and midnight on Saturday, someone made numerous scratches in the paint of a 2009 Dodge Challenger belonging to Thomas R. Hagberg, 51, of Hatch Run Rd., Warren, causing several hundred dollars in damage at a location in Warren County or in New York. Anyone with information is requested to contact police.
Mead Twp.
Theft. Warren-based state police reported that between 6:30 and 8 p.m. on Sunday, someone entered the vehicle of Jodie Dowd, 27, of Warren, while it was parked at Jake's Rocks Overlook, and removed her purse containing her identification, phone, and wallet containing $100 cash.
Spring Creek Twp.
Burglary. According to Warren-based state police, Deborah Cleer, 63, of Bush Rd., Spring Creek, reported that between 4:30 and 6 p.m. on Sunday, someone entered her residence and removed approximately $200 cash, and attempted to take a flat screen television, but leaving the television behind. Police are continuing to investigate and anyone with information should call the state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.
