The bride is the daughter of Richard and Phyllis Jacoby, of Glendale, Calif. Her husband is the son of Ralph and Donna Brown, of Warren.
The bride was escorted in marriage by her sons, Curtis and Collin DeLattre. She was attended by matron of honor Carissa DeLattre, her daughter.
Best man for the nuptials was Grant Brown, the groom's son.
Scripture passages were read by the groom's daughter, Angela Brown.
A reception was the Holiday Inn, Warren.
The bride is a Medicare billing specialist employed by the Rouse Estate, Youngsville. The groom is a marketing coordinator for Interelectric Corp., Warren.
The couple resides in Warren.
