WarrenTheft/resisting arrest. According to City of Warren police, Kelly Jo Hartley, 44, of 8 Swiss St., was taken into custody at 1:27 p.m. Wednesday and charged with theft by unlawful taking, prostitution, public drunkenness, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, after she stole a cell phone from a local bar, staggered down the sidewalk on the north side of Pennsylvania Ave. E. near the intersection of South St. and then became confrontational with police, physically fighting and resisting arrest. Also while in the bar Hartley solicited a male patron for a sexual act in return for money, but the act was never completed and she was remanded to Warren County Jail, police said.
Theft. City of Warren police, a criminal complaint was filed Thursday, charging Richard A. Fehlman, 71, of 9401 Rt. 27, Pittsfield with retail theft, after he concealed merchandise valued at $13.26 under his jacket and left Warren Shurfine, 1613 Pennsylvania Ave. E., without paying.
Clarendon
Burglary. According to Warren-based state police, an unknown individual made entry in the residence of Noah Lucks, 125676 Rt. 6, Clarendon, sometime between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Thursday and removed one bottle of Xanax, containing 30 .2 mg. pills, one bottle of Morphine, containing 30 .30 mg. pills and one bottle of hydrocodone, containing 30 .5 mg. pills. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.
Burglary. Warren-based state police reported that sometime between 8 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. Thursday, an unknown individual entered the residence of Scott Allen Knepp, 116 N. Main St., Clarendon, and removed approximately $350 cash, one bottle of Adderall, containing 20 .5 mg. pills and a sheet of 12 pills of 5-325 Percocet. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.
Conewango Twp.
Theft. According to Conewango Township police, Steven Strain, of 5 N. State St., N. Warren, reported that between 9 p.m. Monday and 5 p.m. Tuesday, someone took his son's 20 inch NEXT Turbo BMX bicycle, neon green and gray with a large #3 placard on the handlebars, valued at $73.14, which was located in front of the residence. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 726-0725.
Deerfield Twp.
Harassment. Warren-based state police reported that Jeremy Cool, 35, of Pittsfield, became involved in a verbal altercation with a 23-year old female at 1:40 p.m. Sunday, then pushed her in the back, resulting in the victim being struck on the back of the head.
Sugar Grove
Hit and run. Warren-based state police reported that between 9 and 10:40 a.m. on Tuesday, an unknown vehicle was traveling north on Catlin Hill Rd., when, for an unknown reason, traveled across the roadway and partly off the roadway, hitting a utility trailer which was parked off the side of the road, unoccupied. The vehicle, which may be white in color, continued traveling, police said.
