Parole violation. Officers of the Warrren County Adult Probation Department arrested John Leroy Simmers, 27, Warren, on Tuesday. Simmers, who was originally placed on parole on charges of institutional vandalism and disorderly conduct, was arrested on a supervisor's warrant and committed to the Warren County Prison, police said.
Receiving stolen property, registration. According to Warren city police, Francis Sefchick, 19, 419 Water St., Apt. 2, was observed operating his vehicle with a stolen registration plate and without a driver's license at 5:01 p.m. on Monday.
Probation violation. Officers of the Warren County Adult Probation Department arrested Rob A. Baker, 26, Warren on Monday. Baker, who was originally placed on Intermediate Punishment on a charge of DUI, was arrested on a Supervisor's Warrant, and committed to Warren County Jail, police said.
Parole violation. According to officers of the Warren County Adult Probation Department, Juan F. Castillo, Warren, turned himself in for an outstanding Supervisor's Warrant. Castillo, who was originally placed on parole for endangering the welfare of a child, was committed to the Warren County Jail pending further court action, police said.
Parole violations. Officers of the Warren County Adult Probation Department, with assistance from Child Youth Services and the Youngsville Police Department arrested Christopher J. Fletcher, 26, Youngsville, on Sunday. Fletcher, who was originally placed on parole on charges of theft from a motor vehicle, harassment, and disorderly conduct, was arrested on a Supervisor's Warrant, and was committed to the Warren County Jail, police said.

DUI. According to Warren-based state police, at 11:13 p.m. on Saturday, Shawn Jeremy Spinks, 34, Youngsville, was stopped for an equipment violation and found to be under the influence of alcohol. Police said that a breath test showed that Spinks was well above the legal limit. Spinks was charged with DUI incapable of safe operation, DUI highest rate of alcohol, and other summary traffic violations, police said.

Burglary. Warren-based state police reported that sometime between 6:30 a.m and 1:40 p.m. on Monday, an unknown person(s) entered a home belonging to Kathleen R. Rouche, Pittsfield, and removed jewelry, money, and an unknown hand gun, possibly a 38 caliber. According to police, the person(s) left undetected and the total stolen property is undetermined. An investigation continues and anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Warren or Warren County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-83-CRIME.
McKean Co.
Identity theft. According to Warren-based state police, sometime between February 10 and February 16, 2009, a credit card belonging to Donna Simons, 43, Smethport, was used without her permission by an unknown person(s). Simons, who was defrauded $1760.00, was reimbursed by the credit card company, police said.
