McKeever-Ignatius

Sarah Kathleen McKeever and Dr. Paul Franklin Ignatius Jr. were united in marriage at 4 p.m. Friday, Nov. 21, at South Seas Island Resort, Captiva Island, Fla. Dr. Daniel Lamey performed the ceremony. Wedding music was provided by Vanderbilt Strings.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas P. McKeever of Warren. The groom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Paul F. Ignatius of Warren.

Escorted in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by maid of honor Mary McKeever of Hoboken, N.J., her sister, and by bride's attendants Kimberly Taylor of Warren; Lindsay Burleigh of Alexandria, Va.; Andrea Rastogi of Edgewater, N.J.; Jessica Roberts of Hoboken; and Adrienne Stucin of Colliers, W.Va.

Best men were Jason Ignatius of Erie; Kevin Ignatius of Los Angeles, Calif.; and Mark Ignatius of Erie, groom's brothers. Groomsmen were Jeffrey Young of Dallas, Ga.; Ki Kim of Girard; and Asher Wood of Nashville, Tenn.

A reception followed at the South Seas Island Resort. A pre-nuptial shower was hosted by Mary McKeever, Kimberly Taylor and Marlene Sandberg at the Conewango Valley County Club. The rehearsal dinner was hosted by the parents of the bride and groom at Sunset Cove, Captiva Island.

The bride, a 1998 graduate of Warren Area High School, earned a bachelor of science degree in textiles apparel and fashion merchandising from West Virginia University. She is a licensing coordinator at Jones New York, New York City. Her husband, a 1994 graduate of Warren Area High School, earned a bachelor of science degree from Davidson College and a molecular pharmacology degree from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, prior to graduating from medical school. He completed his residency training in general adult psychiatry at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He is completing the initial year of a two-year fellowship on child and adolescent psychiatry.

The couple resides in Weehawken, N.J.
