Disorderly conduct. Warren-based state police reported that a 17-year-old male was cited for disorderly conduct at 12:35 p.m. Saturday after he was observed by troopers urinating on the side of the road at the intersection of Route 6 and Weiler Rd.
Mead Twp.
Crash. According to Warren-based state police, Stephen M. Lewis, 20, Warren, was driving his 1992 Subaru Legacy too fast for the road conditions at 11:07 a.m. Sunday on Rt. 59, 1.4 miles west of Kinzua Dam, when he failed to negotiate a left-hand curve and slid off the south side of the road, struck a guide rail and slid on top of the guide rail for a short distance before coming to rest on the shoulder of the road.
Forest County
Criminal mischief. According to Tionesta-based state police, an unknown individual threw a frozen cake from a truck as it was passing a PennDOT fuel truck at 4:50 p.m. Saturday on Rt. 62, 1.5 miles south of Route 3004 in Tionesta Township, and hit the truck in the grille, causing approximately $500 in damage. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police at 755-3565.
