The bride is the daughter of John and Cindy Wagner of Warren. The groom is the son of Deborah Bliss of Warren.
Escorted in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by Dawn Simkins, maid of honor. Angel Wagner, Beth Silvis, Crystal Sigmund and Joyce Durnell were bridesmaids. Junior bride was Haley Abbott. Flower girl was Jaylynn Silvis. Ringbearer was R.J. Silvis.
