Harassment. The City of Warren Police Department reported that a non-traffic citation was filed Monday charging Chris A. Rudolph, 32, of 762 Indian Camp Run Rd., Youngsville, after he failed to abide to a certified letter sent to him on Dec. 1 stating that she should cease all contact with a known female, calling the victim three times on Monday, leaving voice messages.
Public drunkenness/disorderly conduct. According to City of Warren Police, Thomas L. Keeney, 26, of 112 Prospect St., was taken into custody and charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct at 5:58 p.m. Monday, after engaging in a mutual combat fight with Stanley C. Rakoski, 51, of 17 Franklin St. at 308 Pa. Ave. E., in which Rakoski was injured and needed medical attention.
Tidioute
Hit and run charge. According to the Tidioute Borough Police Department, Kenneth E. Steuer, of Madison, Ohio, was charged with damage to unattended property, stemming from a hit and run incident on Nov. 29, in which a vehicle owned by Heather Henderson was damaged while parked at the Tidioute Fire Hall.

Crash. According to Warren-based state police, one minor injury was reported after a 2000 Chevrolet Express, driven by Kenneth R. Crownover, 71, of Tionesta, was southbound on US Hwy. 62, west of Cobham Hill Rd. at 5:50 p.m. Nov. 25, lost control on the snow and slush covered roadway, traveled across the northbound lane and struck a concrete culvert, then spun counter-clockwise and struck the east embankment with its right rear, and continued to spin counter-clockwise traveling back across the roadway, striking a guiderail on the western berm with its front end, before coming to a rest facing west against the guiderail, blocking both lanes of travel. Passengers included Mike Silvis, 32, of Tionesta, Alvin Mast, 64, of Tionesta, Levi Mast, 79, of Fryburg, Ester Mast, 50, of Tionesta, Emma Mast, 53, of Tionesta, Alvin Mast, 64, of Tionesta, and Elizabeth Mast, 51, of Fryburg, who sustained the minor injury, police said.
