Joanna and Richard Freeburg recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. They have three children, Rick and Jody Freeburg from Waterford; Rickia and Tom Bright, from Greer, S.C.; and Rhonda and Rick Decker, from Warren; and seven grandchildren.
The Freeburgs were married by the Rev. Harold Knappenberger at Grace Methodist Church in Warren on Aug. 28, 1948.
Mrs. Freeburg worked for the American Heart Association in Warren for several years, and Mr. Freeburg retired from Warren General Hospital where he was director of physical therapy for 30 years.
