Beth Nelson and Michael Olewine were united in marriage on Aug. 2, 2008, at Hessel Valley Lutheran Church. The Rev. Nancy Schwanke performed the ceremony, and Michael Sperry was the assistant minister. Wedding music was provided by Jerry Schultz, pianist, and Melissa Port, vocalist.
The bride is the daughter of Laural Falconer of Warren. The groom is the son of Bill and Pam Olewine of Youngsville.
Escorted in marriage by her brother, Pat Nelson Jr., the bride was attended by maid of honor, Lacy (Thelin) Thompson, matron of honor, Melissa Port, and bridesmaid, Monica Riggle, all friends of the bride. Dakkota Slocum, bride's niece, was junior bridesmaid and Kenzie Olewine, grooms niece, was flower girl.

The groom was attended by best man Rob Port, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Scott Olewine, brother of the groom, and Anthony Prestis, friend of the groom. Coltton Nelson, brides' nephew, was junior groomsman, and Brady Olewine, grooms nephew, was the ringbearer.
A reception followed the ceremony at Youngsville Fire Hall with Don and Shelley Stec, aunt and uncle of the groom, as master and mistress of ceremonies. Two pre-nuptial showers were held, one hosted by the grooms mother, sister-in-law, and grandmother, and a second by the bride's mother and sister-in-law. The rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom's parents at the Fernwood Inn, Warren.
The bride, a 2001 graduate of Warren Area High School and Edinboro University of PA in 2005, is employed as a marketing clerk at Northwest Savings Bank in Warren and as a cashier at Thorne's BiLo in Warren. Her husband, a 2001 graduate of Youngsville High School and 2005 graduate of Edinboro University of PA, is employed as a legislative assistant at State Representative Kathy Rapp's office in Warren.
Following a honeymoon trip to Ocean City, Maryland; the couple resides in Youngsville.
