Warren
Arrest - Warren city police reported that on Friday, officers of the Warren county adult probation department, with assistance from the Titusville police department, arrested Dennis A. Grazier, 29, Titusville, on charges of violation of probation. Grazier, who was originally placed on probation on a charge of harassment was arrested on a supervisor's warrant and committed to the Warren county jail pending further court action.
DUI arrest - According to Warren city police, at 12:13 p.m. on Saturday, Gary Allen Story, 55, Kennedy, NY, was arrested at the Glade Kwik Fill, Pa. Ave. E., after a report that he was driving while highly intoxicated. A breath test showed his BAC to be well above the legal limit and charges were filed at District Judge Zerbe's office, said police.
Conewango Twp.
Retail theft - Conewango township police reported that at 3:15 p.m. on Saturday, a juvenile employee of K-Mart, who was under investigation by K-Mart loss prevention, was charged with theft of $189.09 worth of merchandise from K-Mart. The juvenile was charged and released into his parent's custody, stated police.

Criminal mischief - Warren-based state police reported that between Nov. 5 and 7, unknown persons used a screwdriver or other sharp metal object to attempt to start the ignition on a skid loader belonging to Clark Toombs, 25, Tionesta. The people were seen driving a black shortbed ford F-150 and were described as younger white males, said police. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact PSP Warren.
DUI - According to Warren-based state police, at 7:34 p.m. on Friday, Richard Allen Thorpe, 52, Lower Six Mile Rd., Tiona, was pulled over for committing a traffic violation and found to be under the influence of alcohol. Charges of DUI are pending, said police.

Theft - Warren-based state police reported that at 12:30 a.m. on Oct. 19, Devlin Byrne, 18, Clarendon, was charged with theft from a motor vehicle and related charges before Magistrate Zerbe after being found looking through the vehicle of Douglas Crady, Clarendon.
Sheffield Twp.
DUI - According to Warren-bsed state police, at 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, Desiree Bennett, 25, Crestview Blvd., Warren, was pulled over for throwing a cigarette butt onto the highway and taken into custody for driving under the influence of alcohol. Charges of DUI and littering are pending, stated police.
Sugar Grove
DUI - Warren-based state police reported that between 11 p.m. on Saturday and 8 a.m. on Sunday, an unknown person punctured all of the tires on the 1996 Chevrolet Cavalier, belonging to Tyler Whipple, 18, Warren, which was parked at a relative's residence.
Triumph Twp.
Crash - According to Warren-based state police, at 8:45 p.m. on Saturday, as a juvenile was driving a 2003 Subaru Outback north on Tidioute Creek Rd., she attempted to negotiate a right hand curve when the vehicle crossed the center lane into the southbound lane, overcorrected traveling back into the northbound land and then left the east side of the road. Upon leaving the east side of the roadway, the vehicle hit a utility pole, shearing it, and causing the vehicle to become airborne, rolling over two times and coming to final rest on its roof in a northeastern direction, said police. The driver was not injured, and five juvenile passengers, not wearing seatbelts, had minor injuries, stated police. Charges against the driver are pending further investigation.
