Gena Burkett and Aaron Weaver were married on June 28, 2008, in an outdoor ceremony at Jackson Valley Country Club, Warren. Pastor Rick Hamrick performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Donald and Kelly Burkett of Grove City, formerly of Youngsville. The groom is the son of Jeff Weaver and Tammy Farnsworth of Youngsville.
Maid of honor was the bride's sister-in-law, Jessica Burkett Bridesmaids were Tressa Hornstrom, Amanda Irwin and Linda Rutsky, friends of the bride. Flower girls were Autumn and Jamie Burkett, bride's nieces.

Best man was Shawn Burkett, brides brother. Ushers were Robert Burkett, bride's brother; Jeremy Luke Johnson, bride's cousin; and Luke Rutsky, friend of the groom.
The bride and groom are both 2004 graduates of Youngsville High School. The bride graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology, Williamsport, in 2007 and is working as a dental hygienist at Dr. Donick's office in Warren and at Dr. Schoenborn's office in Warren. The groom is working at Ellwood National Crankshaft in Irvine.
Following a honeymoon cruise to the Bahamas, the couple resides in Youngsville.
