Lisa Marie Walrod and Matthew Robert Stanton exchanged wedding vows on May 24, 2008, at First Covenant Church of Jamestown, N.Y. The Rev. Dale Haight performed the ceremony. Music was provided by Marie Lindahl, organist; Gail Grundstrom, vocalist; and Eric Grundstrom, violinist.
The bride is the daughter of Robert and Linda Walrod of Jamestown. Her husband is the son of Bradley and Annette Stanton of Russell.
Sandi Walrod, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Susan Grundstrom, Beth Lees and Alicia Marvin, friends of the bride. Flower girl was Ashley Stanton, cousin of the groom.

Master and mistress of ceremonies were Randy and Stacey Daugharthy, friends of the couple.
The bride is a graduate of Bethel Baptist Christian Academy and Houghton College. She is employed by the Dr. Gertrude A. Barber National Institute as therapeutic support staff in Warren. Her husband is a graduate of Eisenhower High School and Penn State Erie, the Behrend College. He is employed by Libera, Inc., of Jamestown, as a software engineer.
They honeymooned in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and are living in Warren.
