DUI arrest. The City of Warren Police Department reported that Susan M. Allen, 44, of 601 Beech St., Warren, was taken into custody and charged with DUI general impairment, DUI higest rate of alcohol, and general lighting requirements at 1:44 a.m. on Thursday, after a traffic stop at Jackson and Buchanan for a broken driver side tail and brake light.
Sugar Grove Boro
Hit and run. According to Warren-based state police, someone in a white truck or SUV backed into a 1995 Ford Taurus belonging to Leslie Lyon, 49, of Sugar Grove, at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, while it was parked in the Sugar Shack parking lot, leaving a white paint transfer. Anyone with information regarding this vehicle is requested to contact PSP Warren.

DUI arrest. According to Warren-based state police, Thomas Wesley Willow, 50, of Erie, was arrested for DUI at 1:35 a.m. on Thursday, after being stopped for careless driving and driving 75 mph in a 35 mph zone.
Conewango Twp.
DUI arrest. Warren-based state police report that Keith Douglas Fedorchick, 28, of Clarendon, was stopped and found to be under the influence of alcohol with a BAC in the high category at 7:57 p.m. on Wednesday, after he was observed weaving, while driving on Pa. Ave in the city of Warren, and on SR 6 in Starbrick.
