Warren

Drugs. According to the City of Warren police and the Warren County Drug Task Force, Jesse CJ Wolfgang, 21, 456 Phillips St., Warren, was taken into custody Monday and charged with one count of criminal conspiracy of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, four counts of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, and one count of corruption of minors, after an investigation into the sale of Heroin, and was placed in the Warren County Jail with bail set at $100,000. Police also said that a juvenile allegation was filed against a 17-year-old female in relation to the same case, charging her with one count of criminal conspiracy of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Drugs. According to the Warren County District Attorney's office, the Warren County District Attorney's Drug Task Force, assisted by the Warren City Police Department and Warren County Sherrif's Office, charged Ernest H. Wegg, 29, of 1210 Pennsylvania Ave. West, Warren, with four counts of possession with intent to deliver, and four counts of criminal use of a communication facility, following a seven month investigation, during which time Wegg sold marijuana and pain pills to task force operatives. Additional charges are pending, and Wegg was taken to the Warren County Jail in lieu of bail, police said.

Clarendon

Theft. According to Warren-based state police, at about 5 p.m. on Friday, September 19, a 15 -year-old male from Clarendon, placed a back pack on a neighbor's porch and left it unattended, and an unknown individual(s) removed an ipod with speakers from the backpack and left undetected. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP-Warren.

Conewango Twp.

Burglary/theft. According to Warren-based state police, a 17-year-old male was arrested and charged with burglary and theft by unlawful taking and taken to a juvenile detention facility on Thursday, after John R. and Joyce M. Mangini, 4 Stephen Rd., Warren, reported to PSP-Warren that they awoke between 3 and 3:30 a.m. Thursday to find the suspect in their residence, whostole medication and money, and fled the scene before police arrived.

Theft and forgery. According to Conewango Township Police, Darryl Lee Kring, of Sheffield, was charged with forgery, theft by deception, theft of services and theft by unlawful taking, after passing a check for $119.50 to Gibson's Notary Service of North Warren on August 14, and then stopped payment on the check. It was later learned that Kring had taken the check from his mother in Sheffield, and forged her name on it.

Farmington Twp.

Drug possession. According to Warren-based state police, a 17-year -old male of Sugar Grove, was found at Eisenhower High School at 9 a.m. on Friday slurring his speech, having difficulty with balance, and appearing to be under the influence of some type of intoxicant. Juvenile Probation took the juvenile into custody and placed him in a juvenile facility, after determing that he was under the influence of several perscription narcotics for which he did not have perscriptions for, and marijuana, police said.

Spring Creek Twp.

Theft. According to Warren-based state police, Charles Gary Weeks, of Corry, reported that sometime between September 10 and September 24, an unknown individual cut and removed 1/2 inch copper tubing from underneath the victim's camp/trailer located on Collins Rd. in Spring Creek Township.

Sugar Grove Twp.

Theft. According to Warren-based state police, an unknown individual(s) went onto a drill rig owned by Ted Stephen Carrington, Jr., 28, of Irvine, PA between 5 p.m on September 20 and 3 p.m. on September 24, and removed a 5 foot long by 6 foot diameter steel hammer drill, described as a shiny metal with coarse threads on one end and an open end on the other end, valued at approximately $9,000. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP or Warren County Crime Stoppers.

Youngsville

DUI. According to Warren-based state police, an individual was arrested for DUI, criminal complaint for DUI, stop sign, and careless driving at 4:20 a.m. on Sunday, after he fell asleep at the wheel while traveling east on W. Main St. in Youngsville, went through a stop sign at the intersection of N. Main St. and E. Main St., and traveled off the north side of the road, went over a curb, across the sidewalk, and hit a building, causing damage to the building at 1 E. Main St. and damage to street sign metal pole.
