Due to incorrect information supplied by the Erie County Clerk of Courts office, the plea of suspended Erie County attorney Joseph DeSantis was incorrectly stated in Wednesday's Times Observer. DeSantis pleaded guilty to two summary charges of failure to return a notary seal and paid a fine of $300 on each count.
