Clairessa Manelick and Anthony Fanelli were united in marriage at 2 p.m. on June 21, 2008, at St. Titus Catholic Church in Titusville. She is the daughter of Jeffrey and Joletta Manelick, Youngsville. He is the son of Laurence and Janine Fanelli, Titusville.
The Rev. Fr. Davis officiated at the wedding and offered the nuptial Mass.
Krystal McFate, friend of the bride, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids included Cassandra Manelick and Jillian Manelick, sisters of the bride; Sarah Ngo, Lisa Fanelli and Theresa Fanelli, sisters of the groom; and Jess Knapp and Leisl Soergel, friends of the bride.
Gene Luther, friend of the groom, was the best man. Groomsmen were Collin Manelick, brother of the bride, Peter Ngo, groom's brother-in-law, and Tyler Morris, Jason Hawk, Jack Roberts, Steve Kotvas and Nate Milliman, groom's friends. Reception was held at Cross Creek Resort.
The bride is a 2001 graduate of Youngsville High School and a 2005 graduate of Penn State Behrend with a degree in biology. She is pursuing a master's degree in secondary education from St. Bonaventure University. The groom is a 2000 graduate of Titusville High School and a 2004 graduate of Penn State Behrend with a degree in mechanical engineering technology. He is currently employed as a project and commissioning engineer at Dresser-Rand.
A honeymoon to St. Thomas is planned in December. The couple resides in Olean, N.Y.
