Frederes-Stitzinger

Tiffany Louise Stitzinger and Kelly Christian Frederes were united in marriage on May 17, 2008, at Chautauqua Institution's Hall of Philosophy. The Rev. Janet Wallace performed the ceremony, and wedding music was provided by violinist Cody Hiller and pianist Rosie Keefe.

The bride is the daughter of Miles and Joan Stitzinger of Warren. The groom is the son of Ron and Kathy Frederes of Jamestown, N.Y.

Escorted in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by matron of honor Lacey Hanson, sister of the bride, Warren; maid of honor Patricia Stitzinger, sister of the bride, Warren; Julia Frederes, sister-in-law of the groom, Greensboro, N.C.; Kristen Gustafson, friend of the bride, Orlando, Fla.; and Emily McCullor, friend of the bride, Erie.

Best man was Kevin Frederes, brother of the groom, Greensboro. Groomsmen were David Doy, cousin of the groom, Owings Mills, Md.; Kerry Frederes, brother of the groom, Sherman, N.Y.; Chad Ruhlman, friend of the groom, Bemus Point, N.Y.; and Adam Beebe, friend of the groom, Jamestown. Ringbearers were Colin and Connor Frederes, nephews of the groom.

A reception followed the ceremony at the Jamestown Savings Bank Ice Arena in Jamestown. Master and mistress of ceremonies were Doug and Debbie McClain.

The bride received bachelor's and master's degrees from SUNY Fredonia in secondary mathematics education. She is employed by Frewsburg Central School District as a math teacher. The groom received an associate's degree in automotive technology from Alfred State University. He is employed by Shults Auto Group as an assistant service manager.

The couple will honeymoon in Myrtle Beach, S.C., in August. They reside in Warren.
