PAUL SOWERS

Paul Craig Sowers, Englewood, FL. formerly of Warren, PA. Passed away July 9, 2008.

A machinist by trade, he was employed by National Forge Co. of Irvine, PA. for over 30 years. He has been a resident of Englewood since June 1991.

He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War from 1953 to 1955 having served in Japan.

Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Mildred, and children Deborah Hodges, Ruskin, FL., Lynn Zeigler of Port Charlotte, FL. and Craig Zeigler of Venice, FL. Also surviving are his brother Allen Sowers and nephew David Sowers of Warren, PA.

He was a member of the Masonic Lodge 241, Warren PA. Coudersport Consistory, Coudersport, PA. Venice Shrine Club, Sahib Shrine Center and Royal Order of Jesters 189, Englewood Elks Lodge 2378, American Legion 0135, Warren PA.

Internment will be at a later date at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
