Warren

Possession. Warren-based state police reported that at 8:55 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Pennsylvania Ave. and Hickory St., Brendon Eric Tracy, 23, of New Milford, Conn. was observed smoking marijuana in a vehicle. According to police, Tracy was arrested and charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphrenalia. Police reported that Tracy was taken before District Judge Bauer, where he plead guilty to the charges and was asssesed on fines and costs before being released.

Disorderly conduct. According to Warren-based state police at 1:04 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Pennsylvania Ave. and Buchanan St., Robert Alvin Parsons, 42, of Buchanan St., Warren, was observed urinating. Police reported that Parsons was cited for disorderly conduct.

Elk Twp.

Theft. Warren-based state police reported that Charles E. and Tammy S. Fiscus, of Warren, told officers that at 8:35 p.m. Saturday at Webb's Ferry, they heard loud noises coming from the upper parking lot, while they were pulling their boat into shore. According to police, the Fiscuses saw a while vehicle exiting the parking lot at a high rate of speed. Police reported that it was determined that the person or persons in the car had attempted to use a rock to break into the driver's side window of the Fiscus' truck, but the glass did not break. According to police, the Fiscuses were able to record the vehicle's registration number and a possible suspect had been indentified. Limestone Twp.

DUI. Warren-based state police reported that at 11:09 p.m. Friday on Rt. 337, Raymond Hullings, of Tidioute was stopped after committing a traffic violation. According to police, Hulings was then arrested for DUI.

Mead Twp.

DUI. According to Warren-based state police, at 11:12 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Rt. 6 and Rt. 59, officers observed Scott Benjamin Curry, of Spring Creek, committing a stop sign violation. Police reported that after a traffic stop, it was determined that Curry was under the influence of alcohol and was arrested for DUI.

Clarendon

DUI. Warren-based state police reported that Brandon J. Klugh, 25, of North Rd., Sugar Grove, was stopped at 10:12 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Center St. and Brown Ave., for failing to have a rear bumper of a registration plate on his truck. According to police, it was then discovered that three juveniles were hiding in the bed of the truck, along with the rear bumper. Police reported that Klugh was found to be intoxicated and was arrested for DUI. According to police, Klugh was charged with DUI general impairment, DUI highest rate of alcohol and numerous summery traffic violations.

Sheffield

Criminal mischief. According to the Sheffield police, sometime between April 19 and 20, someone walked on the hood, roof and truck of a red 1996 Mercury Cougar owned by Susan K. Cole, of Sheffield, causing $1,676.39 in damages. Anyone with information should contact Warren County CrimeStoppers at 1-800-83-CRIME.

Tidioute

Criminal mischief. According to Warren-based state police, Melody Ann Rounds, of 235 Main St., Tidioute, reported that while she was away from home between Thursday and Sunday, someone kicked and damged a rear entrance door to her residence.
