Nine people receive sentences in Warren County Court

Nine defendants were sentenced in court Friday before Judge William Morgan.
Kiliegh K. Bees, 224 N. Carver St., on a charge of possession with intent to deliver was sentenced to two years of probation, pay a $100 Act 198 fee, pay for DNA testing, a six month driver’s license suspension, restitution of $150, cost of prosecution and continue mental health and drug and alcohol counseling.
Christopher A. Cross, 32 Allegheny Drive, was sentenced to two years of probation, pay court costs and $1,752.28 in restitution on a charge of criminal mischief.
Donald D. Hulings, 4 Hill St., RD 1, Box 1243A, Clarendon, was sentenced to two years of probation, a fine of $250 and an administrative fee of $250 for unsworn falsification to authorities. On a charge of theft by deception, he was sentenced to 2 years probation, concurrent, a $500 fine, court costs and restitution of $12, 655.74.
Gary James Lyon, RR1, Box 127, SR 6, Spring Creek, was sentenced to three months to two years less one day in the Warren County Jail for indecent assault. He was ordered to pay court costs, attend mental health counseling and sexual offenders counseling.
Ana A. Morales, Jamestown, N.Y., was sentenced to two years of probation, a $250 fine, an administration fee of $250, a DNA evaluation and attend anger management counseling on a charge of resisting arrest.
Charles R. Pastucha, 109 Railroad St., Clarendon, was sentenced to two years of intermediate punishment, including three months of electronic monitoring, followed by general supervision by adult probation for issuing bad checks. He was ordered to pay a $250 fine, an administration fee of $250 and restitution of $630. On a charge of theft by deception, he was given two years of intermediate punishment, concurrent, a fine of $250 and an administration fee of $250.
Alberto J. Sanchez, 223 Liberty St., Apt. 1, was sentenced to one month to one year in the Warren County Jail with credit for six days served for criminal trespass. He was ordered to pay restitution of $319.37 and court costs, and submit a DNA sample. He is work release eligible.
Dale W. Slater, 204, N. South Street, was sentenced to two to 23 months in the Warren County Jail for unsworn falsification to authorities. He was ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and pay court costs.
Adam Lee Smith, 17 Eddy St., Apt. B, was sentenced to two years of probation, pay restitution of $3,150,92, a fine of $500, an administrative fee of $500, attend anger management counseling, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation for simple assault. He was ordered to have no contact with his victim. On a charge of harassment, he was fined $300 and ordered to pay court costs.
