Three charges were dropped against Stephano Clemente, 224 Onondaga Ave., during Central Court last Wednesday: one count of stalking and two counts of disorderly conduct. Clemente was held for court on two counts of intimidation of a witness or victim, four counts of disorderly conduct, three counts of harassment and one count of carrying a firearm without a license.

In the “Victims Speak” article in Monday’s Times Observer, Josh was listed as the brother of Jarrod and Justin, who were killed in a drunk driving accident. Josh, who survived the accident, is a cousin.

Dawn Sumrow, who was charged with harassment by Warren City police on May 5, does not live at 619 Fourth Ave. Police said she is living in Dalhart, Texas.
