FORTY FORT, Pa. (AP) — Police in northeastern Pennsylvania say a fight between two contractors over a snow blower led to a fatal shooting.

Thirty-nine-year-old Brian Pavia of Plains Township in Luzerne County is jailed on a criminal homicide charge following a shooting Tuesday night outside a law office building in Forty Fort.

Police say Pavia told them he was getting the snow blower from the building when he was punched in the face by John Dulsky. Investigators think that's when Pavia opened fire but an investigation is ongoing.

Pavia is being held at the county prison without bail. He's due in court for a preliminary hearing Dec. 26.
