Not guilty plea in slaying of Pa. man found in SUV

November 1, 2013
Associated Press

SCRANTON, Pa. (AP) — One of two suspects in a northeastern Pennsylvania murder case has pleaded not guilty in Lackawanna County Court.

The (Scranton) Times-Tribune (http://bit.ly/1aNdSRZ) said 23-year-old Neil Pal of Scranton pleaded not guilty Friday to murder and conspiracy charges in the July killing of 24-year-old Frank Bonacci of Dunmore, who was found fatally shot in the head inside his sport utility vehicle in a ravine.

Pal is charged in the slaying along with 23-year-old Jason Dominick in the killing, which prosecutors said followed an all-night party at Pal's house.

Both men remain behind bars without bail.
