ENOLA, Pa. (AP) — A central Pennsylvania woman is headed to trial on charges she stabbed and poured some kind of caustic liquid on her 60-year-old neighbor in a dispute over dogs.
WHTM-TV (http://bit.ly/16R499p) said a district judge in Cumberland County on Monday found enough evidence against 55-year-old Lourdes Keefe of West Fairview to hold her for trial on all 12 counts stemming from the Aug. 22 incident.
She remains jailed without bail for the alleged attack on Dyanne Ensminger, pending a formal arraignment on Dec. 19. It couldn't be determined if she had an attorney.
East Pennsboro Township police cited Keefe for her dogs running loose, and Ensminger testified against her hours before the assault. Police said Keefe threw a caustic liquid that burned Ensminger's skin before stabbing her twice in the abdomen.
