To quote Art Stewart," we don't want to spend money when we should spend it elsewhere" So let's spend money to move central offices to Russell school. It was stated in the master plan to sell Russell and Sugar Grove. Now they are going to be burdens on us taxpayers. There is NO cost savings here. The small fee that is paid to the State hospital covers all utilities, major repairs, grounds, snow removal garbage, of course a/c. The utilities at Russell are more than the fees paid to the hospital. We taxpayers have been misinformed with fudged figures from a questionable board and administration. Of course a/c will be installed and carpeting too. Get rid of the buildings just as we were led to believe was too happen and save us taxpayers additional burden. Mr. kennernecht's figures are FUDGED!!!!
