Oh, piffle. When your point of view lacks logic and facts, simply make personal attacks. I guess the "artsy" and "rich" and "entitled" folks at the Gallery don't deserve a fair hearing before the Council. Of course, since the letter points out the Council's differing treatment of two "artsy" groups at the same meeting, presumably when both groups are filled with "rich" and "entitled" folks, I am not sure that I understand Dubedit's comments.

Oh, piffle. Want some cheese with that whine? Artsy folks think they're above the law. Rich folks think that if they want it, they should have it. "Tasteful" my left foot. "Taste" isn't the question. Size does matter! You throw all those other things out there, just like the whiny kid who says "Everybody ELSE is doing it!" The man was INTERRUPTED -- when he started to spout irrelevant stuff. Tsk. It sure would be nice if the "I'm entitled" generation would grow up.

Some words to describe this issue: Petty. Silly. Small minded.

There ought to be more thought put into allowing stinking, unattractive oil or gas rigs to be drilled right in the residential or hotel areas of the City and surrounding townships. No one seems to care about the entrance into Warren from Crescent Drive. Or, the continuous obnoxious odors from the wells near Targetted Pets. Talk about BLIGHT.

But a tastefully done sign announcing upcoming artists? Criminal! Abomination!Call the mayor! Get the lawyers involved! Call out the National Guard!!!

What a joke.
