Tax increase

June 17, 2014

25, I invite you to go to any school and see the food that is being thrown away at lunch time...while 60 % of Warren County kids get free/reduced cost meals. If these kids were hungry, there would be nothing but empty plates at the end of lunch. Before you criticize me, see it for yourself. Socialism does NOT work! All it does is remove responsibility from where it belongs and encourages laziness. Libs love the safety hammock!

Stonewall, don't get your panties in a knot. The backpack program that provides this food is handled by the Second Harvest Food Bank and is supported by private donations and philanthropic organizations. Don't worry, your tax dollars aren't being wasted on food for children. I know the very thought of that is abhorrent to you.

Of course they have to raise taxes. How else are they going to pay for the "free" breakfasts and lunches for ALL kids under 18, all summer long. Of course these kids' parents are thrilled. They get a tax deduction for junior, but don't have the RESPONSIBILITY to feed him. What has happened to our country? Socialism increases. Freedom lost.
